Position Overview
Provide locum tenens CRNA coverage in a hospital setting.
Clinical Scope
Cases noted include cardiac, orthopedic, endoscopy, general, ophthalmology, vascular, gynecology, pediatrics, urology, acute pain management, and trauma
Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Site Details

Endoscopy rooms: 2
CV room: 1
Cardiac lab room: 1

Approximate providers during the day: 18
Charting system: Cerner
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana license
CRNA certification
Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
BLS and ACLS through AHA
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days.
