Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • Schedule options include 4x 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 5x 8-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Home call required once every two weeks; average call is once per week with call coverage provided from home between 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends

  • Call back response time is 30 to 45 minutes

  • Post-call days are almost always off, with post-call providers always first out

  • Rotational schedule matrix in which all providers participate equally

  • Bread and butter CRNA work with a daily mix of general, OB/GYN, ENT, and orthopedic cases

  • Patient age group ranges from 15 to 100 years old

  • Patient volume of approximately 200 with support from one anesthesia technician

  • EMR system used is Epic; providers with experience may test out of training

  • Must be Board Certified (NBCRNA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience

  • Active South Carolina state license required

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • Must have a clean malpractice history

  • Must be out of training and have been practicing medicine for at least 2 years
