- Permanent primary care opportunity
- Seeking multiple board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioners or physician assistants
- Candidates must have post-training clinical experience in a primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar outpatient setting
- New graduates are not eligible
- Client is hiring three to five APPs
- Choose your practice location: Inlet Beach, Freeport, or West Bay
- Spring 2027 start date
- Client is interviewing candidates now
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Must work five days per week
- Outpatient only
- Adults only
- Walk-in patient care model
- Access to fully functioning immediate care for referrals
- Rotating phone call responsibilities
- Very rare call volume
- Nurse triage line handles calls
- Providers contacted only for severe emergencies
- EMR: Athena

NP/PA Compensation
- Base salary up to $120,000
- Realistic on-target earnings of $165,000
