Chief Anesthesia Manager (CRNA) - Charleston, SCThe hospital is seeking an experienced Chief Anesthesia Manager (CRNA) to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a large anesthesia provider team within a nationally recognized academic medical center.
Job Overview- Duration: Permanent position
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- On Call: As determined by departmental leadership responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight of CRNAs, CAAs, and support personnel
- Partner with the Director of Anesthesia Providers and Technicians on departmental operations
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Ensure high standards of clinical quality through observation, coaching, evaluation, and feedback
- Promote provider engagement, accountability, and clinical excellence throughout the department
- Case Mix & Procedures: Trauma, transplant, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, GU/GYN, robotics, burns, CT, MRI, bronchoscopy, neuroangiography, interventional radiology

Job Requirements- Master's degree or equivalent
- Active SC CRNA license or willingness to obtain
- Current CRNA certification and recertification
- BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 5 years clinical CRNA experience
