Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing post-acute care team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality primary care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities. You'll enjoy a collaborative environment, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships while improving the health and well-being of geriatric patients.

Providers with backgrounds in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care, or geriatrics are encouraged to apply. New graduates are also welcome.
