A well-established, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join a busy, growing practice in Silvis, Illinois. Position Highlights
Full-time employed OB/GYN position
Full-spectrum Obstetrics & Gynecology practice
Established, high-volume practice with immediate patient base
Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus
Rotations in an additional outpatient clinic
Half-day per week providing community-based care through a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Approximately 600+ deliveries annually
16 Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) rooms
Dedicated surgical suite with robotic surgery access
On-site OB/GYN Hospitalist support for after-hours call, with the flexibility to manage your own deliveries or sign them out
Level II Nursery
On-site ultrasound services
Physician-led medical group focused on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
$400,000 two-year guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
$100,000 commencement/sign-on bonus
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Relocation assistance up to $15,000

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Illinois medical license or willingness to obtain one.
Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications.
