- Outpatient Family Medicine
- Rural Health Clinic

- Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Florida Medical Licensure
