  • License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Experience: Preferably 2+ years of ENT practice experience

Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually, plus wRVU bonuses and incentives
  • Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, relocation support, productivity bonus, stipend, and CME allowance

What You ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base with minimal competition
  • Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
  • Perform surgeries utilizing advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
  • Collaborate with audiology and other subspecialty teams for integrated patient care
  • Participate in inpatient management with a care team model with APP and hospitalist support
  • Take backup call only, with primary coverage handled by APPs
  • Contribute to a collegial, flexible, and wellness-focused practice culture
  • Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
  • Access specialized resources including Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and Grand Rounds

What You Need:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of ENT practice preferred
  • Strong collaborative and clinical skills
