- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Experience: Preferably 2+ years of ENT practice experience
Pay & Benefits: - Salary Range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually, plus wRVU bonuses and incentives
- Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, relocation support, productivity bonus, stipend, and CME allowance

What You ll Do: - Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base with minimal competition
- Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
- Perform surgeries utilizing advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
- Collaborate with audiology and other subspecialty teams for integrated patient care
- Participate in inpatient management with a care team model with APP and hospitalist support
- Take backup call only, with primary coverage handled by APPs
- Contribute to a collegial, flexible, and wellness-focused practice culture
- Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Access specialized resources including Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and Grand Rounds
What You Need: - Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of ENT practice preferred
- Strong collaborative and clinical skills
