Schedule: - Monday Friday
- 8-hour clinic days (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
- First patient: 8:15 8:30 AM
- Last patient: 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch
- Average 15 patients/day
- Established patient panel
Call Details:
- 1:2 call rotation
- Night Call: 10 nights/month (4:15 PM 8:00 AM)
- Weekend Call: 2 weekends/month (24-hour call)
- 2-hour gratis rounding with each weekend call
- Mostly phone calls (2 3 calls early evening); very few calls after 9 PM
- Consulting service only (hospitalists admit patients)
Coverage: Ongoing weekly coverage from November 2026 through June 2027 (multiple Monday Friday coverage blocks available).
Patient Mix:
- Adult Hematology & Oncology
- 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
- Solid tumors, benign hematology, and malignant hematology
Practice Details:
- Clinic + Hospital
- 14-chair infusion center
- Radiation Oncology onsite
- 3 APPs, onsite pharmacist
- Tumor board participation
Procedures:
- No bone marrow biopsies
- No lumbar punctures
- No port access
- No BMT care
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology & Oncology
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- PA License or IMLC
