About the Role
As Medical Director, you'll provide compassionate primary care to seniors residing in skilled nursing facilities while leading clinical quality initiatives and mentoring advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to elderly patients in skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct weekly physician rounding with a manageable patient census.
- Lead clinical oversight and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality of life.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
- Champion compassionate, whole-person care.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active Colorado medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Geriatrics experience preferred
DEA registration and ability to maintain hospital privileges
Experience caring for frail or elderly populations
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Passion for delivering compassionate, mission-driven care
