What You ll Do: - Provide outpatient and inpatient ENT care at a facility with 209 beds
- Manage both routine and complex ENT cases, including admissions and rounding
- Respond to weekend call for incoming and existing patients, with a 15-20 minute response time
- Collaborate with support staff, including RN, MA, PA/NP teams
- Utilize Athena or Cerner EMR systems for charting and documentation
- Cover hospital stroke certified unit and support both assigned and unassigned patients during hospital rounding
What You Need: - California medical license with active status (or eligible with IMLC not accepted)
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology required; fellowship training preferred
- Minimum 50 ENT cases logged in the past 24 months
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS, ABLS certifications required
- Ability to work full shift dates without partial availability; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
