Job Responsibilities
- Perform required surgeries including appendectomies, hernioplasties, and cholecystectomies.
- Engage in laparoscopic and minor orthopedic procedures.
- Conduct GI endoscopies, including colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies, preferably.
- Execute breast surgeries and, if qualified, vascular surgery procedures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records with MRN documentation for overtime and call-backs.
Qualifications
- Active NC medical license with a clean history.
- Board Certification required.
- Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
- Fellowship training required.
Working Hours
- Days, specific hours to be confirmed during the hiring process.
Skills
- Proficiency in both adult and pediatric general surgeries.
- Preferred skills in trauma, head/neck surgery, and endoscopic procedures.
- Ability to manage surgical instruments and technologies effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities for a collaborative operating room environment.
