What You ll Do - Conduct comprehensive eye exams and assessments
- Diagnose and manage eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
- Provide patient education on eye health and preventive care
- Support clinic operations on scheduled days and potentially contribute to additional hours at other locations
What You Need - Current and active Pennsylvania Optometrist license
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in optometry practice
- Strong clinical skills in eye exams and patient management
- Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation or drive-in availability
- Ability to pass credentialing process (60-90 days)
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills
