What You ll Do - Provide emergency care for high-acuity patients at a busy Level II trauma center receiving approximately 60,000 visits annually
- Collaborate with mid-level providers in a fast-paced, independent emergency department
- Participate in critical decision-making for trauma, stroke, and complex emergencies
- Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement programs
What You Need - Active medical license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain one
- ABEM or AOBEM certification or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine with relevant experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
