Licensed Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist Job in Fairfax, Virginia / Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to work in skilled nursing facilities in and around Fairfax, VA. Both travel and local therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer sponsorship opportunities.
As a SLP, he or she is responsible for:
-Evaluating patient's medical history
-Formulating patient's goals and developing a treatment plan
-Establishing a daily routine and timeline
-Assessing patient's progress and keep detailed progress notes
