FAMILY MEDICINE MEDICAL DIRECTOR / CMO

Natchitoches, Louisiana Position Highlights
  • Leadership Opportunity: Lead clinical operations for a growing FQHC serving rural and underserved populations.
  • Balanced Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week with dedicated administrative time.
  • Clinical & Administrative Mix: Approximately 4 days of patient care and 1 day of leadership responsibilities.
  • Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with 7 Family Nurse Practitioners, behavioral health providers, dental staff, and executive leadership.
  • Flexible Call: Shared phone-only call rotation; no hospital call.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $275,000 guaranteed.
  • Bonus Opportunities:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000.
  • Relocation Assistance: $3,000 with flexibility for enhanced support.

Qualifications
  • Degree: MD or DO
  • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred; Pediatrics considered.
  • Licensure: Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure with a clean professional record.
  • Skills:
    • Physician leadership and provider oversight
    • Clinical operations management
    • Team development and mentoring
    • Quality improvement initiatives
    • FQHC/HRSA knowledge preferred
  • Experience: Leadership or administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Available on a case-by-case basis.
