Position Overview - Full-time Center Medical Director role
- 80% clinical / 20% administrative leadership
- Outpatient primary care focused on Medicare patients
- Physician-led, value-based care model
Responsibilities - Lead and support the clinical team at the center
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care
- Mentor and coach providers and care teams
- Oversee care model implementation and quality metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals
- Promote strong patient experience and clinical outcomes
Requirements - MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- 5+ years outpatient experience preferred
