JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Arizona license or Universal License (IMLC)
  • Board: BC or BE
  • DEA: Required
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide urology clinic coverage seeing 1518 patients per day
  • Perform 1015 procedures per week including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
  • Conduct 34 surgeries per week in the OR
  • Take beeper call from 5p to 8a on scheduled call days
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for all patient documentation
