PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adult Obstetric Patients
Case Mix: High-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine consultations, prenatal diagnosis, fetal ultrasound evaluations, multiple gestations, maternal hypertension, diabetes, genetic counseling, prenatal screening
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Epic and Viewpoint
Office Equipment Available: Advanced ultrasound imaging equipment, prenatal diagnostic testing equipment
Specialty Backup Available: Physicians, nurses, sonographers, dietitians, diabetic educators, and genetic counselors
Support Staff Available: Nurses, sonographers, dietitians, diabetic educators, genetic counselors
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Amniocentesis
Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
Percutaneous Umbilical Blood Sampling (PUBS)
Obstetric ultrasound evaluations
Prenatal diagnostic consultations
Fetal risk assessment and screening
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Washington License or IMLC Eligible
Board: Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Certifications: Board Certified
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-fellowship experience; must have been clinically active within the last year
Other Qualifications:
Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days of submission
Completed prescreen questionnaire
No malpractice or disclosure history
CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
Ability to commit to at least one week of coverage per month
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide maternal-fetal medicine consultations for high-risk pregnancies
Interpret and perform obstetric ultrasound examinations
Review and interpret ultrasound studies and consult requests
Assess and manage pregnancies complicated by maternal or fetal conditions
Perform prenatal diagnostic procedures including amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and allied health professionals to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes
Provide call coverage as scheduled
Educate patients regarding prenatal risks, testing options, and treatment plans
