Job description

Job Details :
  • Salary: $500,000 - $600,000/year (includes bonuses)
    • 1st year: base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses: $1,500/patient/year for all patients beyond 180 patients/year + 25% of insurance collections
    • 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based: $1,500/patient/year + 25% of insurance collections
    • Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients
    • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • Qualification: MD/DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician
    • Board certified
  • Facility: Concierge Medical Practice
  • Schedule: Start in Fall of 2021
    • Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients
    • Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
  • Assignment: Outpatient Only
    • Average 8 patients/day during peak season
    • Average 3-4 patients/day during offseason
    • Will round on own patients in NH's as needed
    • EMR: Cerner
