As Medical Director, you'll lead our MSSU team in delivering efficient, targeted care, reducing hospital admissions, and ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. This role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, offering you the chance to shape a patient-centered, results-driven model that enhances quality across our system.Optimize Patient Throughput: Effectively manage patient flow in the MSSU, enhancing throughput, reducing unnecessary admissions, and enabling timely discharges.Drive Improved Health Outcomes: Use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, short-stay care that preempts more intensive interventions.Refine and Elevate Care Protocols: Within your first six months, you'll lead initiatives to streamline processes, improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
