Adult/Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director Lubbock, TX We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas.If you're passionate about high-quality behavioral health care and want to work with a supportive, well-resourced team this is an exceptional opportunity.Position Highlights Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)Setting: 100% InpatientEmployment: W2 or 1099Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)

- Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off
- Call is phone-basedClinical Practice
- 35 psychiatric evaluations daily
- Medication management & crisis stabilization
- Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team
- EMR: WellSky
- Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud
- Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPsRequirements
- Must work onsite in Lubbock
- Eligible for Texas medical license
