- Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) ? Adult?Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Monday?Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work?life balance
- Shared call rotation with provider team:
- One weekday night per week
- Every sixth weekend
- Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202?bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
- Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short?term rehab & long?term care)
- Join an established, collaborative care team:
- 2 Physicians
- 3 Nurse Practitioners
- Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ideal role for NPs interested in long?term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicine
- Deliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient?centered care to adult and geriatric populations
- APP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care

Minimum Education:- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:Licenses:- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
