Position Overview
A large multispecialty group in NYC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes and nursing facilities. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy holistic care, chronic disease management, and direct patient engagement .
Emergency Response & Community Engagement
Assess and manage urgent medical issues during visits
Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives
Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited NP program (Family or Adult/Geriatrics focus)
Current New York State NP license
National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)
Due to patient population, client is seeking providers who are bilingual in Russian or Chinese
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
