Pay & Benefits: - Salary: Competitive, with $25,000 to $50,000 more than Birmingham starting salaries (exact pay discussed upon application)
- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000
- Additional Compensation: Productivity bonus, weekend call rotation (1 in 6)

What You ll Do: - Provide general urology services in a busy, high-production practice
- Collaborate with seasoned partners and a large referral base
- Participate in a weekend call rotation
- Utilize in-office lab services for patient care

What You Need: - Active Alabama medical license or eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
