You'll have the opportunity to care for a stable senior patient population while working alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and support staff who share your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Instead of rushing from room to room, you'll have the time and resources to focus on prevention, chronic disease management, patient education, and improving long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

  • Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure, and other chronic diseases

  • Develop personalized treatment plans

  • Perform annual wellness visits and preventive care

  • Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Educate patients and families to promote healthier lifestyles

  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

  • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers when appropriate

Qualifications
  • MD or DO

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain)

  • Outpatient primary care experience preferred

  • Passion for senior-focused, value-based healthcare

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
