Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Michigan
Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Provide primary care and urgent episodic care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Patient ages referenced as 2 and older.
Focus includes wellness, prevention, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care.
Occupational health and basic procedures may be required, including suturing and splinting as referenced.
Charting system: Athena experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Active license in Michigan.
DEA required.
Ability to see pediatric patients as required by site policy.
Minimum of two years of experience required.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing and Onboarding
Credentialing timeline varies by site.
Shadow training may be required prior to first shift.
