Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose wound-related conditions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive wound care treatment plans.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress.

• Educate patients and their families on wound care management.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience required as wound care.

• Current Indiana NP license.

• Valid driving license & own vehicle
