An independent, community-focused health system in Southern Wisconsin, just north of Rockford, IL, is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients living with acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established Pain Management team
- Provide comprehensive care for acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans with physician collaboration
- Perform office-based procedures, including Botox, joint, and soft tissue injections
- Manage follow-up care, medication management, and patient education
- Collaborate with PT/OT and multidisciplinary care teams
- Practice evidence-based, patient-centered pain management
- Support a growing program focused on improving patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- NP or PA with active state licensure
- 2 3 years of APP experience preferred
- Pain management or orthopedic experience a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with minor procedures and EMR systems
- Current BLS, medical license, and DEA license required
