Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner Boston, MA

Are you a dedicated Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner seeking an excellent daytime schedule with a leading healthcare facility?   • Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr

What You ll Do
  • Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and managing plan development
  • Review patient status and update orders as needed
  • Assist in discharge planning and coordinate patient care
  • Manage drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Epic EMR
  • Provide patient education and support for adults with neurosurgical needs

What You Need
  • Valid Massachusetts license and Board Certification in Neurosurgery required
  • Minimum 1 year neuro-specific nursing experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
