- 40 hours/week Mon - Fri, varying daily shift times
- 18 - 25 patients per day, all ages including newborns
- Family practice clinic rural FQHC setting
- Nexplanon and IUD experience highly preferred
- EMR: OCHIN or Epic
- Women's health and reproductive health care experience required
- Hospital privileges required
- Spanish bilingual skills a strong plus
