Practice Setting: Inpatient

Types of Cases: Urology Cases Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Certifications Required: BC (board certified), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

Licensure: North Carolina
