Hematology/Oncology Physician
Howard-Sloan Search, Inc.
Not Specified, North Carolina, United States
Job description
One of the premier healthcare organizations in an extremely desirable North Carolina metro is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to join a well-established, rapidly growing outpatient program. This is outpatient-only oncology, done right: a 4-day clinical week, roughly 18-20 patients per day, and minimal call with your APP fielding first contact so you can stay focused on patients instead of your pager. Prefer to lead as well as treat? A Medical Director track is available, combining strategic leadership of a comprehensive eight-county oncology program with hands-on clinical care and a dedicated stipend. Either way, you're stepping into a deep multidisciplinary team radiation oncology, surgical oncology, a gynecologic oncology program, breast center navigation, clinical research staff, and weekly tumor boards inside a 950-bed, non-profit regional medical center with a 70-year reputation and no signs of slowing down. Add compensation that tops MGMA median with no earning caps, and this is the kind of opportunity that doesn't come open twice.
