Your Role Leadership & Administration - Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical programs and quality initiatives
- Mentor and support medical staff
- Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
Clinical Responsibilities - Provide hands-on patient care in post-acute & long-term care settings
- Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and therapies
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients, families, and care teams
What You Bring - MD / DO / MBBS required
- Board Certified/Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Geriatrics (preferred)
- Or related specialty
- Eligible for an unrestricted license in:
- Washington, Oregon, or Montana (high priority)
- DEA & NPI (or eligibility)
- Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
- U.S. work authorization required
