Full-Time Part-Time Day Shift

Your Role Leadership & Administration
  • Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities
  • Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical programs and quality initiatives
  • Mentor and support medical staff
  • Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on patient care in post-acute & long-term care settings
  • Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Educate patients, families, and care teams
What You Bring
  • MD / DO / MBBS required
  • Board Certified/Eligible in:
    • Internal Medicine
    • Family Medicine
    • Geriatrics (preferred)
    • Or related specialty
  • Eligible for an unrestricted license in:
    • Washington, Oregon, or Montana (high priority)
  • DEA & NPI (or eligibility)
  • Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
  • U.S. work authorization required
