Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine. ABEM required.
Active Louisiana medical license
Louisiana controlled substance registration
DEA with Louisiana address
If not boarded in Emergency Medicine: ACLS and PALS
Residency trained
CME for the past 2 years
Case logs for the past 2 years
Credentialing and Onboarding
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
