Job PostingAdventHealth Redmond is a 230 bed facility, serving as a regional referral source for all of northwest Georgia and parts of Alabama. AdventHealth Redmond offers a full array of inpatient and outpatient programs, many of which are unique to the northwest Georgia region. As an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, Redmond provides a full-service cardiology product line and is nationally recognized as a top cardiac center. In addition to the Gold Seal of Approval, Redmond has also earned eight disease specific certifications from the Joint Commission for outstanding care in the areas of cardiology, stroke, orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, and vascular surgery. Other areas of excellence include emergency care, oncology, and inpatient rehabilitation.

Schedule: Saturday and Sundays, 8 hours each day
Shift: Cover weekend days as often as they are available (preferably 1-2 Saturdays a month) and weekdays as needed to cover PTO

The role you'll contribute:
To deliver individualized, age-appropriate patient care in the field of Physical Therapy.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Education and Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills; customer service mindset; team player. Adheres to professional standards, codes of ethics, system and department policies and procedures. Incorporates the philosophies of continuous quality improvement, customer service and teamwork into daily routine. May require travel. Works under the direction of a licensed, Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate degree as an Physical Therapist Assistant
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Current licensure in the state of Georgia in respective discipline
New graduates considered; experience preferred in certain area
