This outpatient assignment begins October 5, 2026, offering a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities. The provider will primarily support an established dermatology practice, with primary coverage at Clifton Springs.
About the facility This opportunity is with a well-established outpatient dermatology clinic that provides comprehensive dermatologic care in a collaborative clinical setting. Providers are supported by experienced clinical staff, with approximately one LPN, RN, or Medical Assistant for every 12 patients, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage dermatologic conditions.
- See approximately 25-35 patients per day.
- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to deliver quality patient care.
- Primarily provide coverage for the Clifton Springs location.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Qualifications - Board Certified Physician Assistant (required).
- Active New York Physician Assistant license (required; must be in hand).
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of recent dermatology experience required.
- Recent Epic EMR experience required.
- Updated work history with no employment gaps of 30 days or more.
- If applicable, a physician statement is required for any malpractice history, regardless of dismissal status.
