- Ongoing Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM for approximately 6 months
- Call: None
Practice Details
- Outpatient radiation oncology practice
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- No hospital admissions
- Diverse oncologic disease states
- Responsibilities include:
- New consultations
- Follow-up visits
- Treatment planning
- Status checks
- Oversight of treatments
- Tumor conference participation
Procedures & Technology
- SBRT
- IMRT
- 3D conformal radiation therapy
- SRS
- EMR: Epic
Collaborative Support Team
- 1 Registered Nurse
- 4 Radiation Therapists
- 2 Medical Physicists
- 3 Dosimetrists
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Kentucky medical license or IMLC eligibility (LOQ in hand)
- Clean background and malpractice history required for emergency privileges
- BLS required by start date; DEA preferred for assignment
