Locums - General Surgery coverage for North Carolina's Outer Banks

- Coverage needed as follows
- 10/9/26 7a to 10/12/26 7a
- 12/23/36 7a to 12/28/26 7a
- Future dates may also be needed
- Paid orientation required prior to first shift
- 24-hour call only; no clinic duties
- Average number of patients per day is 15
- Weekly OR cases - 8 to 16 on average
- Locum's surgeon does not respond to codes
- No ICU/Critical Care duties
- Emergent surgical cases include appendectomies, cholecystectomy, etc.
- EPIC EMR
- Board Certification required; must have post-training experience
- Active NC license and DEA required
