Licenses & Certifications Required
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency completion)
- Colorado Medical License (must be obtained prior to start; highly preferred at submission)
- DEA Required (must be obtained prior to start)
