Northeast Nevada is looking for a Pediatric Outpatient coverage. Below are the dates needed.
Shifts are 7am to 7 am
September 21st through September 25th
September 28th through October 2nd
October 5th through October 9th
October 12th through October 16th
October 19th through October 23rd
October 26th through October 30th
Nov 2nd -6th
Nov 9th - 13th
Nov 16th -20th
Nov 23 - 27th
Nov 30th -Dec 4th
Dec 7 -11th
Dec 14 -18th
Dec 28th through Dec 31st.
Please note if your provider IS participating with Nevada Medicaid. If they are NOT participating with Medicaid, please not if your vendor helps with provider enrollment
Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above. Telephone calls are not considered callback.
