Seven days on/seven days off schedule offering excellent work-life balance. Provide emergency department call coverage, inpatient consultations, and daily hospital rounding. Perform surgical procedures at two modern regional hospitals. Access to the latest technology, including da Vinci 5 and da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems . Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record with Abridge AI medical scribe support to improve workflow efficiency. Opportunity to practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong specialty support. Multiple openings available with immediate patient volume. Compensation & Benefits $600,000 guaranteed base salary. $75,000 sign-on bonus. $75,000 starting incentive. $14,000 relocation assistance. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license. Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required.
