The Practice
- Join an established team of two experienced MFM physicians within a large tertiary care hospital featuring a Level III NICU and continuous neonatology support
- 4.5 clinical days per week with 0.5 day allocated for administrative time; clinic hours typically run 8 AM to 5 PM
- 1:3 call with minimal overnight interruptions and a balanced mix of outpatient care with consultative inpatient coverage
- Dedicated clinic space, full support staff, EMR integration, and telehealth capabilities, with an established referral network and room to contribute to program growth
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $515,000 with realistic total earnings up to $775,000
- $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
- 26 days of PTO plus CME allowance and dedicated CME days
- Full benefits including retirement options, malpractice coverage, and loan forgiveness eligibility
You'll Need
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows
- Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies in a tertiary care setting
