Our client is seeking a Medical Director for its Child & Adolescent Psychiatry services. This will be a Full time, hybrid role designed for clinicians who want to contribute at a leadership level while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers within North Carolina collaborative practice guidelines
Provide consultation on complex pediatric behavioral health cases
Participate in chart review and quality oversight initiatives
Mentor and supervise psychiatric advanced practice providers
Help shape clinical standards and best practices within the organization
Work collaboratively with chief quality officer and medical director of adult psychiatry services
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or working toward meeting criteria for eligibility
Active North Carolina medical license and unrestricted DEA registration
Interest in mentorship, clinical oversight, and collaborative leadership
Desire for meaningful professional engagement
