Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician in Cheshire, CT. This role provides primary care coverage in a patient-centered setting with a consistent weekday schedule.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with lunch built in
• Setting: Primary care

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services for adult and family medicine patients
• Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
• Deliver coverage in a primary care setting until a permanent physician is found
• Participate in a call rotation as scheduled
• Provide care without routine weekends or procedures

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Connecticut medical license
• DEA and CDS registration
• At least 5 years of primary care experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
