Position Details:
Patient Population: Obstetric & Gynecologic Patients
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient OB/GYN Practice
Responsibilities: Providing clinic coverage, OR coverage, OB call, inpatient and outpatient women s healthcare services, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, patient rounds, and collaborative OB/GYN care across multiple clinic locations
Required Procedures: Full-Scope OB/GYN Care, Deliveries & Gynecologic Procedures
EMR System: Cerner Inpatient & eClinicalWorks Outpatient
Support Staff: FM/OB Group, Clinical Support Team & Hospital Staff
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Shared 1:4 Call Rotation Including Weekends
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN Required
- Iowa License Required or Willingness to Obtain
- NRP & AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Required
- Clean Malpractice History Preferred
- Providers Able to Start ASAP Highly Preferred
- Visa Sponsorship Not Available
- NPDB Self-Query Required at Presentation
