Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Neurology Patients
Setting: Primary Stroke Center / Neurology Clinic & Acute Care Hospital
Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive neurological care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, stroke management, epilepsy care, headache management, movement disorder treatment, and collaborative neurological services within a growing program
Required Procedures: General Neurology, Stroke Management & Comprehensive Neurological Evaluations
EMR System: Facility EMR System
Support Staff: 4 Neurologists, 5 Nurse Practitioners & 1 Neuropsychologist
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage
On-Call/Weekends: Shared Call Rotation with Collegial Neurology Team
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Required
- Iowa License or Willingness to Obtain Required
- Willingness to Participate in Inpatient/Outpatient Blended Model Required
