Compensation: $275,000 $340,000

She Recruits is partnering with a hospital-employed outpatient behavioral health program seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist to join an established mental health team.
This role is fully outpatient, offering predictable scheduling and strong interdisciplinary support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and primary care providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Indiana licensure
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
