Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: September 25, 2026
• Every 2nd and 4th Friday
• 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• DSO setting

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD
• Active Indiana dental license or ability to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Weekly pay
• Malpractice coverage provided
