Licenses & Certifications Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency
  • DEA Certification
  • Nebraska Medical License (Highly Preferred) or IMLC (Required)
  • ATLS Certification (Highly Preferred)
Practice Details
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Orthopedic trauma call coverage only
  • No office or clinic responsibilities
  • Surgical cases as needed
  • General orthopedic and fracture care
  • Hospitalists handle admissions
  • Average 1-2 patients per day
  • Supported by dedicated ED and OR staff
  • Reason for coverage: Need for additional orthopedic surgeons to fulfill call schedule
